Approve the Plans and Specifications for Elevator Maintenance & Repair, Bid No.\n024-24; and\n2. Find the third low bidder non-responsive for the reasons set forth in the agenda\nreport, and award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, 24 Hour\nElevator, Inc., in the amount of $40,160.
