APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROGERS,\nANDERSON, MALODY & SCOTT, LLP AND APPOINTING TERRY SHEA\nINTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Professional\nServices Agreement with Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott, LLP and concur with the\nappointment of Terry Shea as Interim Finance Director. If Council concurs, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Rogers, Anderson,\nMalody & Scott, LLP and concur with the appointment of Terry Shea as Interim\nFinance Director.”
