4. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AGREEMENT FOR LANCE,\nSOLL & LUNGHARD, LLP, TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL AUDITING\nSERVICES FOR THE FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30, 2024 AND 2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement with Lance Soll & Lunghard to extend the term through December 31,\n2025, for the FYE June 30, 2024, and FYE June 30, 2025, Audit Services and\nauthorize the City Manager to approve and execute the amendment and any other\ndocuments necessary to effectuate the contract. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Lance Soll & Lunghard\nto extend the term through December 31, 2025, for the FYE June 30, 2024, and FYE\nJune 30, 2025, Audit Services and authorize and direct the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Lance, Soll &\nLunghard, LLP for the City’s Financial Statement Auditing Services for two additional\none-year extensions.”
