13. HUNT LIBRARY REVITALIZATION PROJECT PHASE FIVE SITE IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for Hunt Library Revitalization Project Phase Five\n- Site Improvements Project.\n2. Approve the following budget adjustments and transfers to Project 55050 Hunt\nLibrary Revitalization Project (Fund 74):\n· $232,934 Building Forward Grant from Project 55060 Hunt Library Technology\nRevitalization to Project 55050 Hunt Library Revitalization Project.\n· $75,000 Refuse Collection Funds (Fund 46) from fund balance to Project 55050\nHunt Library Revitalization Project.\n· $186,900 Infrastructure Funds (Fund 11) from Project 55057 Annual Citywide\nADA Improvements Project to Project 55050 Hunt Library Revitalization Project.\n3. Award $524,840 construction contract to Towo Enterprise Inc. for Hunt Library\nRevitalization Phase Five - Site Improvements Project and authorize City Manager,\nor designee, to execute contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders\nfor construction and professional engineering construction support services within\nthe approved project budget.
