All of the above policies of insurance shall be primary insurance and\nshall name the city, its elected and appointed officers, employees\nand agents as additional insureds and any insurance maintained by\ncity or its officers, employees or agents may apply in excess of, and\nnot contribute with the above policies of insurance.
