M. Application for Grant Funds for the Orange County Community\nResources OC Housing and Community Public Facilities and\nImprovements Grant - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7481: 1.\nApproving the application for grant funds related to the OC Housing and\nCommunity Development Public Facilities and Improvements to apply\nupgrades to the North Seal Beach Community Center, and to accept any\nfunds awarded through the program; and, 2. Directing the City Manager to\nexecute all necessary documents to apply for, accept, receive and utilize the\ngrant funding to participate in the grant program, including incorporation in the\n2024-25 Fiscal Year proposed Annual Budget.
