ASSEMBLY BILL 361 FINDINGS FOR SPECIAL BROWN ACT\nREQUIREMENTS FOR TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS - make the following\nfindings so that teleconference meetings of the City Council and the City’s\ncommittees can continue to be conducted pursuant to the AB 361 special\nBrown Act requirements: the City Council has reconsidered the circumstances\nof the COVID-19 state of emergency; and state and local officials continue to\nrecommend measures to promote social distancing.
