P. Consideration and possible action to approve amendments to professional\nservices agreements for City Staff recruiting services. (Jacinto)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. to increase the contract sum\nby $44,050, thereby increasing the not-to-exceed total agreement amount\nfrom $40,000 to $84,050 and extending the term by six months for recruitment\nservices for the Principal Engineer and Human Resources Manager; 2)\nApprove Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nMosaic Public Partners LLC to increase the contract sum by $24,950, thereby\nincreasing the not-to-exceed total agreement amount from $24,990 to $49,940\nfor recruitment of the Deputy City Manager position; and, 3) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\nAgenda Report
