(O’Neill)\nRecommendation: Ratify a change order executed by the City Manager\nextending the term of the professional services agreement with Griffin\nStructures for project and construction management services for the Ladera\nLinda Community Park Project, at no additional cost to the City, until January\n31, 2024.\nAgenda Report
