N. Consideration and possible action to ratify payments and file a Notice of\nCompletion for the October 2022 emergency water damage restoration work\nat the Point Vicente Interpretive Center. (Copp)\nRecommendation: 1) Ratify payment in the amount of $32,947.20 to National\nConstruction Rentals, Inc. and $56,793.62 to Servpro Industries, LLC for\nemergency water damage restoration at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center\nrendered between November 4, 2022 and April 21, 2023; 2) Accept the\nrestoration work performed by ATI Restorations, LLC for the October 27, 2022\nwater damage event as complete; 3) Authorize the City Manager to sign and\nthe City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the remediation work\nperformed by ATI Restorations, LLC with the Los Angeles County Registrar-\nRecorder's Office; and, 4) Authorize the Director of Public Works to release the\nconstruction retention payment to ATI Restorations, LLC 35 days after\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion by the Los Angeles County Registrar-\nRecorder's Office.\nAgenda Report
