3) CONSIDERATION OF REJECTION OF BIDS AND DIRECTOR TO READVERTISE FOR BIDS\nFOR FIRE STATIONS 2 AND 4 FLOORING REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PROJECT NO.\n22010\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Reject all bids received for the Fire Stations 2 and 4 Flooring Replacement Project as\nauthorized by Section 2-354(6) of Division 3 of Article VII of Chapter 2 of the West Covina\nMunicipal Code ; and\n2.
