APPROVAL OF PROPOSED GUIDELINES FOR THE LAS TUNAS DRIVE\nSTREETSCAPE CAFÉ FURNITURE AND STOREFRONT IMPROVEMENT\nGRANT PROGRAM AND METAL ENTRY SIGNS\nThe City Council is requested to consider the proposed guidelines for the Café\nFurniture Grant Program and the Storefront Improvement Grant Program for\nSigns and Awnings, and design and placement of Metal Entry Signs.\nPresenter: Community Development Director\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve guidelines for the Café Furniture Grant Program and the Storefront\nImprovement Grant Program for Signs and Awnings;\n2. Waive all sign, sidewalk dining, and encroachment permit fees for projects\napproved under the grant programs; and\n3. Approve designs and placement of Metal Entry Signs.
