1.E Approve State of California Department of Transportation Program Master Agreement\nand Program Supplement Agreements for State Funded Project No. ATPL-5418(023)\nand ATPL-5414(024) and Accept Grant Funding for the Connect Main Street Project\nReference: Izzy Murguia, Director of Public Works\nRecommendation: (1) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute\nMaster Agreement 11-5418S21 and Program Supplement Agreements with the State\nof California Department of Transportation; and (2) Adopt a Resolution accepting\nCaltrans Active Transportation Program grant funding in an amount of $489,000 and\nauthorize the Finance Director or designee to make budget adjustments recognizing\nthe Caltrans award of $489,000 and appropriating and transferring allocated funds to\nthe Connect Main Street Project accounts.
