UT-2022-05\nThat the City Council:\na. Award NIB-24-015CA to Pacific Hydrotech Corporation, the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $1,723,395 and waive all minor\nirregularities in the bidding documents as submitted by said bidder for Water\nReclamation Facility No. 1 Digester Dome No. 2 Replacement.\nb. Adopt the Plans and Specifications for the Water Reclamation Facility No. 1\nDigester Dome No. 2 Capital Improvement Project No. UT-2022-05 (Notice\nInviting Bids 24-015CA).\nAgenda\nc. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $2,031,479 from the Sewer Utility\nFund 572 to the Water Reclamation Facility No. 1 Digester Dome No. 2\nReplacement Capital Improvement Project No. UT-2022-05.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Contract with Pacific\nHydrotech Corporation, in the amount of $1,723,395 including any purchase\norders, non-substantive extensions, change orders, and amendments up to 10%\nof the contract amount or $172,339.50.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
