DBA City Net, for collaborative homeless\nservices, retroactive from July 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025, in the total\nmaximum compensation amount of $7,051,817 (up to $4,601,527 for services\nto Corona and up to $2,450,290 for services to the City of Norco).\nb) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the attached Second\nAmendment.\nc) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve non-substantive\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement, including line-item\nadjustments and hourly compensation rate increases within the Hourly Rate\nRange Maximum provided in Exhibit “2D”, so long as any such amendments will\nnot cause the City to exceed the approved total maximum compensation amount\nand program budgets included in the attached Second Amendment.

Accept the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program grant award from the\nCalifornia Department of Transportation in the amount of $779,467 for the Fare\nSubsidy Program.\nb. Authorize the deposit of funds in an interest-bearing account, and authorize the\nCity Manager, or his designee, to track and appropriate interest accrued at the\nend of the fiscal year to the same project.\nc. Authorize an estimated revenue increase and an appropriation in the amount of\n$779,467 from the Transit Services Fund 577 to the Transit Unit’s operating\nbudget.\nd.
