ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT - COUNCIL MEMBER REQUEST: COMMUNITY\nAWARENESS CAMPAIGN LIGHTING PROGRAM\nThat the City Council provide direction to staff on implementing a Community\nAwareness Campaign Lighting Program.
