AGREEMENT - APPROVAL OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO COLLABORATIVE\nHOMELESS SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CITY NET\nThat the City Council:\nAgenda\na) Approve the attached Second Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Kingdom Causes, Inc. DBA City Net, for collaborative homeless\nservices, retroactive from July 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025, in the total\nmaximum compensation amount of $7,051,817 (up to $4,601,527 for services\nto Corona and up to $2,450,290 for services to the City of Norco).\nb) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the attached Second\nAmendment.\nc) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve non-substantive\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement, including line-item\nadjustments and hourly compensation rate increases within the Hourly Rate\nRange Maximum provided in Exhibit “2D”, so long as any such amendments will\nnot cause the City to exceed the approved total maximum compensation amount\nand program budgets included in the attached Second Amendment.
