RECEIVE AND FILE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THE INCREASE IN WATER RATES AND\nCHARGES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing effective date for the increase in water rates and charges;\n(2) Direct the City Manager to postpone implementing the approved rates until after the City\nCouncil considers issuing bonds for infrastructure financing (in February 2024); and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
