2-B. AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE LEGISLATIVE SUBPOENAS REGARDING THE POTENTIAL\nREVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. CU-89-004 (AS AMENDED AND\nMODIFIED) HELD BY ATLANTIC SQUARE, LLC (CONTINUED FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2023)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Adopting a Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue legislative subpoenas\nfor testimony and records related to the potential revocation of CUP No. CU-89-004 (as\namended) that was originally approved via Resolution No. 9356, adopted August 29, 1989\n(and subsequently modified/amended); and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
