12.g RESOLUTION 2024-001 TO ACCEPT AND APPROPRIATE $50,000 IN OUT OF SCHOOL\n(OST) YOUTH MENTORING GRANT FUNDS FOR A YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAM IN\nIMPERIAL BEACH THROUGH THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY\nSERVICES (PRCS) DEPARTMENT (1020-05).\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution 2024-001 to accept and appropriate $50,000 in Out of School Youth\nMentoring Grant Program Funds through NRPA for a two-year youth mentoring program\nwith the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. Authorize the City\nManager or designee to executive a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
