APPROVE and FORWARD this report with transmittals to the Mayor and\nCity Council with the request that the Board of Public Works be authorized to\nexecute a Sole Source Personal Services Contract with Southern California\nDisposal & Recycling Co., Inc., to provide transfer, transport, and disposal\nservices of solid waste generated in the West Los Angeles wasteshed and\ncollected by the City of Los Angeles to City­designated facilities for final\ndisposal or beneficial reuse; and\n2.
