Recommendations for Council action: FIND that the Dedication, located at 16800 West Oak View Drive - Right of Way No. 36000-10310, is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 pursuant to Article III, Class 5(4) of the City's Environmental Guidelines. ACCEPT the petitioner's offer for the Dedication, substantially as shown on the Exhibit Map of the December 7, 2023 City Engineer report, attached to the Council file. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to acquire the Dedication.
