DETERMINE that the sidewalk repair project at 1514, 1520, 1524, 1538\nNorth Crescent Heights Boulevard and 8101 West Sunset\nBoulevard on North Crescent Heights Boulevard (“Project”) is exempt from\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Public Resources Code\nsection 20180.25 (Senate Bill [SB] 922);\n2. CONCUR with the Bureau of Engineering’s approval of Project;\n3. APPROVE the removal of Six Indian Laurel Fig trees for the reconstruction\nof an inaccessible sidewalk and tree replacements; and\nRecommending the Board:\n1. DETERMINE that the sidewalk repair project at 1514, 1520, 1524, 1538\nNorth Crescent Heights Boulevard and 8101 West Sunset\nBoulevard on North Crescent Heights Boulevard (“Project”) is exempt from\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Public Resources Code\nsection 20180.25 (Senate Bill [SB] 922);\n2.
