(2)\nBPW20240031\nCD 7, 11, 14, 15\nTRANSFER AGREEMENTS AND ADDENDA – SAFE CLEAN WATER REGIONAL\nROUND 4 (FY 202324) – LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT\nRecommending the Board:\n1. APPROVE and FORWARD this report, with its transmittals, to the Mayor, to\nauthorize the President of the Board of Public Works or two members of the\nBoard, and the Director of Bureau of Sanitation, to enter into six separate\nRegional Transfer Agreements (Regional TAs), between the City of Los\nAngeles and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for the transfer of\nSafe, Clean Water (SCW) Regional Program Funds for the Hollenbeck Park\nLake Rehabilitation Project, Sylmar Channel Project, WilmingtonAnaheim\nGreen Infrastructure Corridor Project, Bureau of Street Services’ Eagle Rock\nBoulevard: A Multimodal Stormwater Capture Project, and Imperial Highway\nGreen Infrastructure Corridor Project, Machado Lake Ecosystem\nRehabilitation Operation and Maintenance, collectively referred to as SCW\nRound 4 (FY 202324) Regional Projects;\n2. AUTHORIZE the Director of Bureau of Sanitation, to execute any addenda\nthrough completion of the projects, so long as not materially inconsistent with\nthe Regional TAs, and substantially in the form included as an exhibit to the\nRegional TAs;\n3. AUTHORIZE the Director of Bureau of Sanitation, to accept future SCW\nGreen Infrastructure Corridor Project, Bureau of Street Services’ Eagle Rock\nBoulevard: A Multimodal Stormwater Capture Project, and Imperial Highway\nGreen Infrastructure Corridor Project, Machado Lake Ecosystem\nRehabilitation Operation and Maintenance, collectively referred to as SCW\nRound 4 (FY 202324) Regional Projects;\n2. AUTHORIZE the Director of Bureau of Sanitation, to execute any addenda\nthrough completion of the projects, so long as not materially inconsistent with\nthe Regional TAs, and substantially in the form included as an exhibit to the\nRegional TAs;\n3. AUTHORIZE the Director of Bureau of Sanitation, to accept future SCW\nProgram funds, conduct negotiations, provide information, and submit all\ndocuments, including, but not limited to project reports, updated Scope of\nWork documents, agreements, and amendments, subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney as to form, that are necessary to secure funding with\nrespect to the implementation of the SCW Round 4 Regional Projects; and\n4. RECOMMEND use of electronic signature to execute the Regional TAs and\nfuture Addenda in lieu of wet signatures. And upon such execution by the\nBoard, request the City Clerk to attest and certify the electronic copies of the\nRegional TAs and Addenda.
