13. AGREEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF USED OIL AND BEVERAGE\nCONTAINER RECYCLING PROGRAMS\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Nicholls Consulting, Inc. for an annual fee of\n$33,430, for a term from January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; with the option to extend for two (2)\nadditional one (1) year periods for consultant services associated with the Oil Payment and Beverage\nContainer Grant Program; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and any and amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the\nCity, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
