AWARD CONTRACT FOR GROUT RESTORATION AND SEALING IN RESTROOMS OF CITY\nFACILITIES\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to Classic Floor Care, Inc. in the amount of $44,978.75 for\ngrout restoration and tile sealing services at City restrooms; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract and any amendments; provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority; on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
