PROJECT NO. 7607 - STORMWATER CAPTURE AND INFILTRATION PROJECT AND PROJECT NO.\n7359 - HERMOSILLO PARK REHABILITATION - AWARD DESIGN-BUILD AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN\nAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES; ENGINEER’S REPORT 23-23\nStaff recommends City Council award a Design-Build agreement to Reyes Construction, Inc. to provide\nDesign-Build services for Project No. 7359 – Hermosillo Park Rehabilitation and Project No. 7607 –\nStormwater and Infiltration Project in the amount of $7,391,305 with up to 15% contingency in the amount\nof $1,108,695 if necessary; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments\nwithin the 15% contingency, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
