RESOLUTION NO.      - Award of one (1)-year Contract to Global Resource Management, Inc. dba GRM Research:  With two (2) one-year renewal options, covering guest satisfaction survey field data collection services at Los Angeles International Airport, for cost not to exceed $444,520 \nPURPOSE: The purpose of the proposed action is to award a contract to Global Resource Management, Inc. dba GRM Research to provide guest satisfaction survey field data collection services for Los Angeles World Airports. Data provided through the service will assist in identifying, prioritizing, and developing guest experience improvements at Los Angeles International Airport. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find that the work can be performed more economically or feasibly by an independent contractor than by City employees; further find that the Request for Proposals process used in the competitive process satisfies the requirements of Administrative Code Section 10.17 and is compatible with the City's interests; approve Award of Contract to Global Resource Management, Inc. dba GRM Research; and authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
