RESOLUTION NO.      - Award of three (3)-year Contract to International Coatings Company, Inc.:  Covering supply and delivery of airfield and traffic marking paint for Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, for cost not to exceed $900,000 \nPURPOSE: The purpose of the proposed action is to establish a contract with International Coatings Company, Inc. for supply and delivery of airfield and traffic paint at Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport for amount not to exceed $900,000 to continue maintenance of pavement markings that are essential to overall airfield, vehicle, and pedestrian safety. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve Award of Contract to International Coatings Company, Inc.; and authorize Interim Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
