RESOLUTION NO.      - Award of individual three (3)-year Contracts to [i] Monument ROW, [ii] Jacobsen/Daniels Associates LLC, and [iii] Paragon Partners Consultants Inc.:  Covering professional real estate consulting, acquisitions, and right-of-way services for Los Angeles World Airports, for costs not to exceed $1,750,000, $1,500,000, and $1,750,000, respectively \nPURPOSE: Staff request approval to award three (3)-year contracts to Monument ROW, Jacobsen/Daniels Associates LLC, and Paragon Partners Consultants Inc. to provide a wide range of real estate consulting services to support Los Angeles World Airports. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find that the work can be performed more economically or feasibly by an independent contractor than by City employees; approve Award of individual Contracts to [i] Monument ROW, [ii] Jacobsen/Daniels Associates LLC, and [iii] Paragon Partners Consultants Inc.; further approve appropriation of not to exceed $1,800,000 to the Landside Access Modernization Program Right-of-Way Acquisitions and Relocation Project and the Airfield Terminal Modernization Program Real Estate Program; and authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Contracts after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
