FINANCE COMMITTEE: AMENDMENTS TO FISCAL YEAR 2024 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\n(Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed actions in the agenda report are not “projects” as defined in the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public Resources Code Section 21065 and Section 15378(b)(4) and (5) of the\nState\nCEQA Guidelines, and as such, are not subject to environmental review; and\n(2) Amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget as detailed in Attachment\nA of the agenda report.
