10. 2023 STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE – F2M23-35\nOn April 24, 2023, the City Council approved the 2023 Strategic Plan following two special\nCity Council meetings that were conducted to review and update the goals and objectives\nthat were previously established in the 2021 Strategic Plan. Subsequently, staff provided\nquarterly updates throughout the year; this is the final update to the 2023 Strategic Plan.\nA full Strategic Plan planning session with the City Council, staff and a consultant is\ntentatively scheduled for March 13, 2024. This will provide opportunity to the Council to\nreview and update goals and objectives of the previous plan and establish the 2024\nStrategic Plan.\nRecommended Action: City Council receive and file the final update to the 2023\nAlhambra Strategic Plan.
