CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION RELATED\nTO THE ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN PROGRAM\nCEQA: Not a Project.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt a Resolution approving the Active Transportation Plan (ATP) Program Supplemental\nAgreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the aforementioned Agreement and\nfuture documents and agreements related to the ATP Grant as well as HSIP, SMART, RUSH\nand other grant programs the City may apply for; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe contract with KTUA to prepare the Active Transportation Plan.
