Item No. 24. 2022-1039 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO\nTHE AGREEMENT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS,\nINC. FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES.\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the requested 7.5% adjustment of $82,073.51\nbased on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Los Angeles\nregion.\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement for Contract\nServices by and between the City of Carson and West Coast\nArborists, Inc. to increase the contract sum by $1,094,313,.40 for\ntwenty additional months to provide tree maintenance services\nsuch that the total cost of the Contract Agreement does not exceed\n$4,078,179.03.\n3.
