Waive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and approve Amendment No. 1 to\nMaster Agreement Purchase Order with CalAmp Wireless Networks Corporation, in an amount\nnot to exceed $37,316.04, for Automatic Vehicle Location solution services for a one year\nperiod (inclusive of eight months of completed service) beginning June 1, 2023 through May\n31, 2024, with four one-year optional renewals, subject to available budget appropriations; and\nauthorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute the amendment and all contractual\ndocuments, and exercise the renewal options.
