Waive Council Policy 4.1 and approve an agreement with Brian Leist, dba Kaiser Precision LLC,\nin an amount not to exceed $150,000, for specialty services to assist in the administration of\nthe Police Department’s firearms program, and authorize the Chief of Police, or designee, to\nadminister the agreement.
