e) REPORT APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH\n24-0007 WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR ON-CALL STAFF AUGMENTATION\nSERVICES FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\n(Building and Code Enforcement Official Guillermo Hobelman and\nCommunity Development Director Carrie Tai)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed third amendment to an agreement with Willdan Engineering for\nstaff augmentation services to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $120,000, resulting\nin a total not-to exceed amount of $295,000 (Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached third\namendment subject to approval by the City Attorney.
