11. DISCUSS THE SITES ACCEPTABLE TO THE CALIFORNIA\nDEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\n(HCD) FOR INCLUSION IN THE SIXTH CYCLE HOUSING\nELEMENT TO MEET THE CITY’S REGIONAL HOUSING NEEDS\nALLOCATION (RHNA)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Receive a report on the sites acceptable to the State for\ninclusion in the 6th Cycle Housing Element; and\n2. Direct staff to hold a workshop (Special City Council meeting) to\nfurther review the above sites for inclusion in the 6th Cycle\nHousing Element OR Approve the sites for inclusion in the\n6th Cycle Housing Element and direct staff to submit a\ncompleted draft to the State for informal review\nStaff Report
