6. Agreement with T.E. Roberts, Inc. to replace water meters under the Automatic Meter\nReading Upgrade - Phase 3, City Project No. 649-WTR\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with T.E. Roberts, Inc., to replace 1725 water meters under the\nAutomatic Meter Reading Upgrade - Phase 3, City Project No. 649-WTR, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $1,267,250;\nb. Appropriating $500,000 in Water Funds to fully fund the Automatic Meter Reading Upgrade -\nPhase 3, City Project No. 649-WTR;\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;\nd. Authorizing the City Manager to approve up to $120,000 in construction change orders that\nmay arise;\ne. Approving the Notice of Exemption for the Automatic Meter Reading Upgrade - Phase 3 City\nProject No. 649-WTR; and\nf. Directing the City Clerk to file the Notice of Exemption with the Los Angeles County Recorder's\nOffice.
