APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to the Purchasing Agreement by\nand between the City of Carson and Goforth & Marti to purchase,\ndeliver, and install office furniture for the second floor of City Hall\nfor a total additional contract sum not-to-exceed $310,388.64 and\na new total sum of $1,757,061.02. (Exhibit No.1)\n2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3, following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n3.
