Item No. 24. 2023-0958 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-001 AND\nAPPROVAL OF TWO MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS\nFOR PUBLIC WORKS ANNUAL\nSIDEWALK/CONCRETE MAINTENANCE FOR EACH\nDISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a Maintenance Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, CJ Concrete Construction Inc., for the annual\nsidewalk/concrete maintenance at Districts 1 and 2, for a two-year\nterm with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms in\nthe amount of $606,100.00.\n2. AWARD a Maintenance Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, CJ Concrete Construction Inc., for the annual\nsidewalk/concrete maintenance at Districts 3 and 4, for a two-year\nterm with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms in\nthe amount of $606,100.00.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Maintenance Contracts\nfollowing approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4.
