Approve Amendment No. 1 to Ware Malcomb’s Professional Services\nAgreement 23-2224 in a form approved by the City Attorney and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 for an additional amount not-\nto-exceed $44,340, to provide design services for the City Hall Council\nChambers Rehabilitation Improvement Project – CIP 50074; and\n2.
