s) REPORT APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO WITH BURKE, WILLIAMS\n24-0032 AND SORENSEN, LLP FOR LEGAL SERVICES\n(Human Resources Manager Vanessa Godinez)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed first amendment to an agreement with Burke, Williams and\nSorensen, LLP to provide labor negotiation related legal services to increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount by $80,794.08, resulting a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$160,794.08 and extending the term to July 31, 2023 (Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached first\namendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
