Item No. 17. 2024-0015 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO\nTHE AGREEMENT WITH KILEY & ASSOCIATES, LLC\nFOR FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE all of the following actions:\n1. RESCIND the City Council's October 3, 2023, approval of the\ndraft Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with\nKiley & Associates, LLC, which that was given pursuant to File ID\n# 2023-0583;\n2. APPROVE the attached proposed draft Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Contract Services Agreement with Kiley & Associates, LLC, to\nexercise both of the City's one-year options to extend the term of\nthe contract and increase the Contract Sum by $120,000 to fund\nthe services for the two-year extension period (Exhibit 1; the\n"Amendment"); and\n3.
