2. Public Hearing to consider a Resolution adopting the Final Draft 2021-2029 Housing\nElement Update\nFollowing the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approving a Resolution adopting the findings as outlined in the Final Draft 2021-2029 General\nPlan Housing Element Update; and\nb. Declaring the Final Draft 2021-2029 General Plan Housing Element Update is in compliance\nwith the Environmental Impact Report prepared and adopted for the General Plan 2035 and no\nfurther environmental study is required.
