Purchase Order with HERC Rentals for HVAC equipment rentals for temporary cooling\nat City Hall, the Police Station and the Sports Center from August through October 2023\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Authorizing the City Manager to approve a Purchase Order with HERC Rentals to fund\nequipment rentals that were temporarily provided to operate and/or supplement the HVAC\nsystems at City Hall, the Police Station, and Sports Center from August through October of 2023,\nin an amount not to exceed $175,690; and\nb. Appropriating $175,690 in General Funds to fund the purchase order with HERC Rentals.
