8. First amendment to the Professional Services Agreement By and Between the City\nof Hawthorne and Think & Make Design Firm for Consultant Services.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the amendment of the Professional Services Agreement with Think and\nMake for the period of one year from 1/12/2024 to 1/12/2025 to provide\nprofessional services necessary to administer and implement the CDBG funded\nCommercial Facade Rehabilitation Program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record of\ndocuments necessary to administer the amended Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 Professional Services Agreement with Think and Make.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary blanket purchase\norders as needed on multiple projects concurrently for Think and Make not to\nexceed $50,000 per approved single project.
