E. Approval of Ratification of Purchase Order to Global Power Group, Inc. for MAPS Emergency\nGenerator Repair\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Ratify the Procurement Manager’s issuance of a purchase order with Global Power\nGroup, Inc. to repair the emergency generator at the Moss Avenue Pump Station (MAPS)\nfor the Public Works Department.
