Adoption of a Resolution to Approve Design and Construction Services to\nSupport the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center Solar Project, Authorize\nthe BWP General Manager to Negotiate and Execute the Design-Build Contract\nwith Baker Electric and Renewables, LLC and Authorize the Assistant General\nManager (Power Supply) or Their Designee to Approve Plans and\nSpecifications to Retain Design Immunity - Burbank Water and Power\nDepartment\nRecommendation:\nAdopt A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK\nAPPROVING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE\nREGIONAL INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER (RITC) SOLAR\nPROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE BWP GENERAL MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE\nAND EXECUTE THE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT AS WELL AS ANY\nANCILLARY DOCUMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY\nWITH BAKER ELECTRIC & RENEWABLES LLC, AND AUTHORIZING THE\nASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (POWER SUPPLY) OR THEIR DESIGNEE\nTO APPROVE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
