Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a\nLegal Services Agreement (LSA) with Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP (Norton) to\n01 23 24\n3 CC\ninclude funds for the payment of fees for past services in the amount of $11,913 and\nfees for three future bond issuances in fiscal years 2024, 2025 and 2026 totaling\n$425,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed the amount of $436,913\n2.
